Are you ready to explore one of the world’s most beautiful cities—dancing, dining, partying, learning, playing, and creating unforgettable memories? Let’s make it happen! I have been organizing tango trips to Buenos Aires for many years, and I love sharing this vibrant city with my students. While Buenos Aires tango is truly incredible, the trip offers so much more: cultural immersion, historical exploration, and plenty of fun!

Let me help you dive deeper into the Buenos Aires dance and cultural scene. From the food and the people to shopping, parties, and romance—just ask the many local tango dancers who have joined me on these journeys. I’ll guide you around the city, share insider tips, and help you find the best deals to make sure your time, money, and energy are well spent.

We rent a house or apartment to create a sense of camaraderie, host parties, provide a practice space, and enjoy meals together. This communal atmosphere is essential for getting the most out of your trip.

Your itinerary may include a shoe-shopping tour, city tours, personalized assistance navigating the city, and discovering the best milongas, lessons, steaks, massages, facials, medical or dental services, shoes, side trips, or anything else you want to indulge in. I’ll help you understand the codes of the milongas, decode what’s happening on the dance floor, and assist you in getting dances.

We also throw a big party on Thanksgiving Day, introducing my Argentine friends to this American holiday—it’s always a blast! Additional parties offer opportunities to meet my Buenos Aires friends and get a true introduction to the city’s culture, customs, and of course, dance.

Here’s a reflection from one of my students after his first trip to Buenos Aires:
“Lois’ focus on connection, close embrace, and solid technique of classic moves is the PERFECT preparation for general milongas. From the start, I never felt uncomfortable or out of place on the floor. The whole milonga scene is much less intimidating than I’d imagined. The cabaceo is straightforward, people are friendly, and I’ve had no trouble getting dances. For those who haven’t been here yet, you’ll be very popular if you put in a little effort.”
